What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, business email, phone number, what you are looking to build, your desired start date and your project description. We also collect standard advertising measurement data (pages viewed, referring campaign) through Google Ads cookies.

Why we collect it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a written scope and fixed quote
• To contact you about that enquiry by email or phone
• To measure which advertising campaigns produce genuine enquiries

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your data
• We do not collect card or bank details on this website
• We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists without your consent

Who else sees it

Our email provider, our CRM, and Google (advertising measurement). Each is bound by its own contractual and legal obligations. Enquiry data is processed in the United Arab Emirates and may be stored on service providers’ infrastructure outside it.

Client data during a project

Where an engagement gives us access to your platform, servers or source code, that access is granted by you, limited to what the work requires, covered by a mutual NDA, and revoked at handover. We do not copy client or end-customer data outside the systems you nominate.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. Client records are kept for as long as UAE tax and company law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will action it within 30 days.
